Kent County Council intranet

Complete rebuild of KCC intranet site comprising over 10,000 document relating to KCC's internal operations. New content types included a meeting room description with search/matching facility and map presentation, interface to Oracle phonebook for all employees, similar content portlet, Parish Clerks module, themed microsite skinning, press release management, python PIL for online image manipulation and committee minutes tracking.
